🎯 Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computers/Electronics is desired.
5+ years as Curriculum/Training Manager in high-growth settings.
Hands-on with modern content development; led teams building curricula.
Experience with eLearning tools: Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia.
Experience managing LMS content and tracking revenue for paid training.
Excellent PM skills with rapid development and data-driven improvements.
