- Define strategic direction for Braze's Technical Partner ecosystem (ISV & Delivery)
- Lead and scale the ISV Partner Manager and Partner Tech Advisor teams
- Build scalable enablement, iPaaS tooling, partner listings, and docs

🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in technical partner management; 3+ years in leadership
- APIs (REST, webhooks) and data integration experience
- ETL/reverse ETL, CDPs, and event streaming knowledge
- Snowflake, Segment, and mParticle experience
- Build scalable partner onboarding, SLA, and support processes
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and self-service integrations
