- Proven scalable processes: onboarding playbooks, tiered support, SLAs; 100+ integrations.
- Strategic, cross-functional leadership; align Product, Engineering, and GTM around priorities.
- Commercial instinct: experience linking partnerships to revenue outcomes.
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms, app marketplaces, self-service integration is a plus.
