🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation or mortgage technology onboarding.
- Strong mortgage workflow knowledge with ICE/Encompass and MeridianLink.
- Proven lead of complex platform migrations and cross-stakeholder adoption.
- Expertise in project management across technical, operational, and executive teams.
- Experience creating scalable docs and implementation frameworks.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage BI tools to inform client strategy.
