🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions management, technical consulting, or implementation leadership
- 2-3 years leading and owning team outcomes with ICs
- Proven ability to balance hands-on work with people leadership
- ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs
- Ability to guide technical design and unblock teams with sound judgment
- Strong people management and coaching skills
