- Lead or support S-1 prep with SEC/GAAP filings
- Coordinate with FP&A, Legal, and IR on the S-1 story
- Ensure audit readiness with auditors and counsel
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual statements per US GAAP
- Support non-GAAP reconciliations and investor disclosures
- Requires presence in San Jose or SF 4 days/wk; WFH Tue
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years accounting, incl 6+ in technical accounting & reporting
- Active CPA license
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and accounting research
- 5+ years at Big 4 and/or high-growth tech
- Proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with time management and detail
- Self-starter who can work independently
