🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in public accounting or private industry.
- Strong leadership with a track record of initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- IFRS knowledge would be a plus.
- M&A due diligence, valuations, and purchase accounting; no visa sponsorship.
