Senior Manager, Tax Technology

📋 Description

• Lead process improvements and automation in tax technology.
• Evaluate tax processes and data flows to improve scalability.
• Support and enhance the tax tech stack: D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, Snowflake.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to improve workflows and productivity.
• Support reporting, testing, documentation, and change management for tax tech initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tax tech, finance tech, or related function with multinational/global experience.
• Strong process improvement, systems support, and solution design.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data/automation tools; familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT/Cursor/Claude).
• Systems architecture mindset; tax experience preferred; Alteryx a plus.
