Senior Manager, Tax Technology

📋 Description

• Lead tax technology enablement for Axon's global tax function.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable tech solutions.
• Manage end-to-end tax processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Support and enhance tax tech stack: D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, Snowflake.
• Leverage AI to improve workflows, documentation, research, and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, IT, and stakeholders globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tax tech, finance tech, or related.
• Experience with large multinational/global business.
• Strong process improvement, systems support, and design.
• PM and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, Snowflake; SQL.
• Alteryx experience a plus; AI tools familiarity.
