Senior Manager, Talent Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting operations strategy that scales with growth.
• Lead and manage the talent coordination team for high performance.
• Own and optimize the ATS (Greenhouse): workflows, data integrity, and reporting.
• Design global TA analytics: dashboards, capacity models, and multi-year forecasts.
• Translate multi-source data into clear, executive insights for decisions.
• Partner with TA, Finance, HRBPs, and IT for integrated workforce planning cadence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in Recruiting Operations at a rapidly growing company.
• 3+ years of people management experience (recruiting coordination team).
• Proven experience in talent operations, especially in tech or aerospace.
• Expertise in vendor management and HR systems (ATS, CRM).
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, or similar data analytics tools.
