🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience; 3+ in talent/recruiting ops.
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting 30+ recruiters in large org.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting systems; Ashby preferred.
  • Strong headcount/workforce planning and reporting.
  • Data-driven with analytics and cross-functional comms.
