University degree (BA/BS).
8+ years in talent mgmt or organizational development in global company or consulting.
2+ years direct people management experience.
Experience in performance management, succession and workforce planning.
Proficiency with Workday and Tableau; SaaS/Tech industry exposure; AI usage.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and data-driven approach; able to bridge strategy and execution.
