🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations
  • Experience leading direct reports (coordinators, analysts, or specialists)
  • TA systems expertise (Greenhouse, Workday, Looker or similar)
  • Based in Chicago, New York, or London with hybrid in-office attendance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience designing TA process improvements and large-scale projects
