🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in global full-cycle recruitment (Required)
- Prior management or team leadership experience (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/related field (Required)
- Excellent stakeholder relations and knowledge of employment regulations (Required)
- Strong project management and organizational skills (Required)
- Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and data-driven talent strategies (Required)
