- 5+ years of people leadership and coaching experience.
- Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, esp. India.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Experience owning regional hiring delivery and workforce planning.
- AI fluency; experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools.
