📋 Description

  • Lead and coach APAC Talent Acquisition team to high performance.
  • Build proactive communication with team, leaders, and partners.
  • Develop recruiting strategies across APAC for Product/Engineering/GTM.
  • Own APAC hiring execution with speed, quality, and headcount alignment.
  • Use data, market insights, and trends to influence strategy.
  • Drive AI-enabled recruiting tools adoption and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition in tech-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership and coaching experience.
  • Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, esp. India.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience owning regional hiring delivery and workforce planning.
  • AI fluency; experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools.
