📋 Description

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard SI partners aligned to PolyAI’s verticals.
  • Develop joint business plans with each SI partner, including co-sell motions and targets.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across SI orgs—from delivery to exec sponsors.
  • Oversee SI-led deployments ensuring quality, timelines, and go-live outcomes.
  • Enable SI partners with certifications, sandbox environments, and enablement materials.
  • Align SI activity with PolyAI GTM with Sales, Solutions Eng, Product, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in systems integration or channel partnerships.
  • Technical fluency in enterprise CCaaS, telephony, CRM integrations, and APIs.
  • Experience managing 15–25 SI/channel partners with revenue impact.
  • Direct experience in healthcare, hospitality, or financial services.
  • Strong business development instincts; negotiate terms and co-sell agreements.
  • Highly organized with CRM discipline; Salesforce preferred.
