🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years in systems integration or channel partnerships.
- Technical fluency in enterprise CCaaS, telephony, CRM integrations, and APIs.
- Experience managing 15–25 SI/channel partners with revenue impact.
- Direct experience in healthcare, hospitality, or financial services.
- Strong business development instincts; negotiate terms and co-sell agreements.
- Highly organized with CRM discipline; Salesforce preferred.
