🎯 Requirements

12+ years in supply chain systems, 5+ years in leadership
APICS or equivalent SCM certification
Proven ERP/large-scale supply chain transformation success
Deep data center hardware SCM exp: planning, procurement, PLM, manufacturing
Experience in fast-growing globally distributed environments
Strong background in system integration, data architecture, analytics
Familiarity with compliance, governance, scale-driven controls
Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
