Senior Manager, Supplier Quality

📋 Description

• Manage Partner Quality Network activities and partner audits
• Lead Supplier Quality Engineering Team to develop and improve supplier quality
• Lead team of Virtual Quality Control Inspectors; goal setting and performance management
• Participate in Quality Management Systems activities to ensure ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO 13485/IATF 16949 audits
• Establish and manage key quality metrics; drive timely corrective actions with partners
• Escalate nonconformities and drive improvements; champion quality across the org

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in engineering, quality roles
• 5+ years experience in supplier-facing roles
• QA / supplier development experience
• APQP/PPAP experience
• ISO 9001 / AS9100 / IATF 16949 experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ certification preferred
• Familiar with Looker, Salesforce, Google Suite
