π― Requirements
- 5+ years of proven people leadership in Customer Success or related post-sales function.
- 5+ years building and scaling pooled Success models in B2B SaaS with proactive lifecycle playbooks.
- Strong operational scalability mindset; hands-on with processes, playbooks, workflows, data-driven.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship management across CS, Renewals, Sales, Product, Ops, Support.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills: health scores, telemetry, renewal data.
- Solid project/program management with scoping, planning, and stakeholder alignment.
