Senior Manager, Subscriptions Operations

📋 Description

• Own and scale Subscriptions Operations across markets.
• Build and manage the operations team; two reports.
• Partner with leadership; drive agendas and decisions.
• Develop executive-ready materials for VP & C-Suite.
• Own the operating cadence: QBRs, monthly reviews, planning.
• Design scalable processes and tooling for evolving needs.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Admin, Finance, Ops, CS; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in operations or related roles; 3+ years in management consulting
• 2+ years of people management
• Proven track record designing and implementing operational frameworks
• Experience in strategic operations leadership
• Experience navigating matrixed orgs with cross-functional stakeholders; PMP a plus
