🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or startup roles.
  • Experience with high-growth tech/fintech.
  • Strong conceptual facility; fast thinker.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to handle ambiguity.
  • Interpersonal skills to drive results without harming relationships.
  • Data familiarity; Tableau/Power BI/Sigma; SQL preferred.
