Senior Manager, Strategy  Operations (Consumer Protection Team)

📋 Description

• Partner with the Director to set strategy and near-term goals.
• Apply business and analytical skills to identify key challenges.
• Work with Product and other leads to prioritize CX initiatives.
• Partner with Analytics/Data Science to test hypotheses and build infra.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects and adapt to priorities.
• Distill progress into executive-level, actionable reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years in strategy, mgmt consulting, or multi-hat startup.
• Direct experience with high-growth tech/fintech preferred.
• Strong conceptual ability; fast, strategic thinker.
• Shape vague projects into actionable plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys solving 0-to-1 problems.
• Attention to detail; high standard for work.
