🎯 Requirements

- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced or scaling org.
- Strong experience owning and administering talent management platforms (Lattice preferred).
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and attention to detail.
- Excellent project, stakeholder, and communication skills.
- Data-informed mindset with analytics or systems collaboration.
