🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in People Strategy, HR Program Management, or Talent Management.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced or scaling org.
  • Strong experience owning and administering talent management platforms (Lattice preferred).
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project, stakeholder, and communication skills.
  • Data-informed mindset with analytics or systems collaboration.
