🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, account management, partnerships, or creator/seller success in ecommerce.
  • 3+ years leading and developing teams.
  • Proven experience scaling and maturing Account Management or Partnerships functions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Airtable, Sigma, and other tools for account and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-backed recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with high-velocity execution.
