🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years professional exp; 2+ yrs partnerships/biz dev; 1-3 yrs people mgmt preferred
- End-to-end partner contracting: financial modeling, contract negotiations, deal-structuring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Strategic mindset with history of delivering measurable results
- Excellent analytical skillset—translate inputs into actionable strategic direction
- Strong financial and commercial acumen; excellent communication/presentation to senior leadership
