📋 Description

  • Own 2+ partnerships in 60 days, incl. relationships and QBR cadence.
  • Execute merchant activation to boost GMV, transactions, and activation.
  • Build bottoms-up GMV forecasts and drive growth via pricing and incentives.
  • Grow EC originations share by reducing funnel friction.
  • Establish cadence for partnerships with QBRs, roadmaps, and scorecards.
  • Coordinate across Product, Eng, Sales, Finance, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

  • Own end-to-end partnerships from negotiation to optimization.
  • Managed partnerships: term sheet to growth.
  • Owns a partnership P&L or revenue target.
  • Align incentives with partner sales and product roadmaps.
  • Experience with senior-exec stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven with SQL and dashboards (Databricks/Looker/Tableau).
