- Operational excellence: design/scale OKRs, QBRs, KRIs, dashboards, governance (P/PS, RAPIDs) in high-stakes environments.
- Executive communication: crisp written/verbal narratives that convey risk, impact, and decisions.
- Program/portfolio leadership: drive multi-quarter, cross-functional delivery; manage multiple programs to completion.
