Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Personal Loans)

📋 Description

• Own financial strategy; partner with leaders across Product, Marketing, Ops, Pricing, and Risk.
• Lead end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for executive decision-making.
• Build driver-based models to evaluate ROI, pricing, profitability, and growth.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and dashboards to influence direction.
• Identify risks and opportunities; guide resource allocation and long-term planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
• Proven track record of owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting with ability to build complex frameworks
• Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect financial insights to strategy
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ownership
