📋 Description

Lead complex pursuits in priority A&D accounts
Develop deal strategies aligned to aerospace cycles
Partner with Sales and account teams on proposals
Analyze pipeline, program economics, and margins
Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex opportunities

🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years in A&D manufacturing roles
Experience with aerospace OEMs/defense primes
Proven revenue growth and program awards
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100D, ITAR, NIST
Lead cross-functional initiatives across eng/quality/ops/commercial
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
