🎯 Requirements
- 7–10+ years in A&D manufacturing (production, supply chain, procurement, or program mgmt)
- Experience with aerospace OEMs/defense primes or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers
- Proven revenue growth, program awards, and strategic procurement in A&D
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100D, ITAR, and other compliance frameworks
- Strong GD&T, reading drawings, and advanced manufacturing principles
- Willingness to travel 20–50%
