- 4+ years ACA experience (individual market and small group products)
- 3+ years product lifecycle management for ancillary offerings
- 3+ years data-driven decisions using BI tools to analyze product performance
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Bonus: BA/BS in business/healthcare/analytics; BI tools; SQL/Excel
