Senior Manager, SOX-Business Process

📋 Description

• Lead the SOX program development and execution for business process controls
• Collaborate with process owners to design, implement, maintain controls
• Provide guidance on best practices for process improvements and automation
• Coordinate annual SOX risk assessment, control scoping, and testing
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and sustainable solutions
• Report findings to senior management and the Audit Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred
• 8+ years SOX compliance experience (Big 4 + in-house)
• Designing, implementing, and managing SOX programs; pre-IPO/high-growth tech ideal
• Deep understanding of COSO, PCAOB, and US GAAP
• Strong project management and cross-functional accountability
• Experience with Workiva
