- Proficiency in automation, robotics, control systems, and material handling.
- Proven ability to lead design and operations teams and drive change.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to convey technical concepts.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools; manage multiple projects.
