- Proven experience leading regional/global SE teams in high-growth SaaS.
- Strong security/compliance/risk knowledge (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) preferred.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive outcomes.
- Executive presence; build trust with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders.
- Data-driven operator; set goals, analyze performance, scale processes.
- Experience operating across APJ markets with regional sensitivity.
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency responsibly.
