- Own 1:1s, performance mgmt, and development plans
- Build coaching culture with feedback on discovery, demos, prep, and deal strategy
- Partner with SE and Sales leadership on headcount planning and hiring
- Design and run SE deal reviews for Corp and MM
- Lead demo reviews and analysis to improve discovery and alignment
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management in SE
- Experience supporting mid-market/commercial accounts with complex cycles
- Proven coaching ability with specific, actionable feedback
- Proven track record building SE processes: playbooks, templates
- Strong communication across 1:1s, teams, and cross-functional partners
