  • Directly manage Solutions Engineers for Corporate and Mid-Market
  • Own 1:1s, performance mgmt, and development plans

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of people management in SE
  • Experience supporting mid-market/commercial accounts with complex cycles
  • Proven coaching ability with specific, actionable feedback
  • Proven track record building SE processes: playbooks, templates
  • Strong communication across 1:1s, teams, and cross-functional partners
