📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects to drive adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to remove friction and boost adoption.
• Define scalable post-sales guidance, launches, and expansion plays.
• Lead complex customer conversations and unblock strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading post-sales technical teams in SaaS or platforms
• Deep expertise in modern web infra and front-end standards
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven people leader who coaches ICs and builds high-performance culture
• Able to balance day-to-day management with process improvements
• Clear communicator across technical and business partners
