Senior Manager, Solutions

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Eng, Marketing and Clinical teams to improve Pharmacy and Weight Health initiatives
• Identify operational issues and drive root-cause analysis and scalable process improvements
• Lead programs to improve member experience and ops excellence
• Communicate with sponsors, vendors and stakeholders to align priorities and milestones
• Create reports and presentations on solution performance and metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable operational frameworks and high-quality workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery
• PMP preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation
