📋 Description

• Drive Wi‑Fi/BT software roadmap for Roku devices.
• Lead and mentor the Wireless software team in Hsinchu.
• Oversee end‑to‑end wireless feature development from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, QA, and system teams for best‑in‑class performance.
• Work with SoC vendors and ODMs/JDMs on requirements, designs, and delivery.
• Triage RF/baseband/firmware/drivers issues; engage teams for fast root cause.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices for Wi‑Fi/BT software.
• Partner with US‑based leaders to align on priorities and schedules.
• Drive multi‑program execution and scalable processes for parallel work.
• Represent Wireless software in exec forums, sharing risks and data‑driven recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Wi‑Fi/BT tech and software development.
• Strong background in Wi‑Fi/BT drivers, firmware, and host stacks.
• Experience with SoC vendors and wireless chipset suppliers on feature definition and debugging.
• Experience with ODMs/JDMs/CMs and mass production support.
• Proven track record building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Strong embedded Linux or RTOS with C/C++ for real‑time systems.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and related networking protocols.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication with global stakeholders.
