🎯 Requirements

12+ years software experience; 4+ years in leadership; CS degree.
Microservices, RESTful APIs, and async messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
SQL and NoSQL databases.
Distributed patterns and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
