🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of large-scale backend systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership (Tech Lead/Manager) on cross-team projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Golang (preferred) and/or Java; strong CS fundamentals.
- AWS cloud-native architectures and services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3).
- Proficiency with microservices, API design, event-driven systems; Docker and Kubernetes.
- Permanent right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
