🎯 Requirements

10+ years on large-scale distributed systems.
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
Experience leading 1-2 teams totaling 8+ engineers.
Understanding high-scale web patterns: APIs, Backend For Frontend, Domain Driven Development.
Ability to dive deep into technical details and guide the team.
Strong customer focus, understanding needs to solve problems.
