🎯 Requirements

Solid communication skills.
Inspires teams and motivates with clear ideas.
Leads large teams (10+ reports) and mentoring.
OOAD expert; distributed systems incl. Kubernetes, CI/CD, Redis, RabbitMQ.
Strong architecture knowledge and design patterns.
Experience with Kanban, Scrum, or Agile PM.
