📋 Description

• Own organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit.
• Lead a lean team; partner with Brand, PR, Creative, and Product Marketing.
• Translate autonomous marketing, data, and AI ideas into sharp content.
• Use AI as a core part of creation, testing, and scaling for smarter content.
• Define social presence for an AI-first, creator-led marketing platform.
• Build a dark social strategy across Slack, DMs, and communities with attribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in social media strategy and channel ownership across B2B/B2C or tech brands.
• Proven ability to own and evolve a brand’s social presence with measurable impact.
• Deep fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Hands-on ability to create content end-to-end, especially short-form video.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or thought leaders; employee advocacy programs.
• AI-native mindset; using AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, and performance analysis.
