• Lead and manage Bolster SOC team in India.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with stakeholders for updates.
• Develop and implement hiring, training, and retention strategies for cybersecurity talent.
• Build a metric-driven organization to support Bolster's customers.
• Oversee customer support related to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
