- Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI GTM workflows
- Strong forecasting; roll up team numbers, identify risk early
- Experience hiring and onboarding sales talent across multiple levels, with ramp
- Data-driven management; pull reports and translate into coaching actions
