  • Lead a North America SMB team of AEs and BDRs, coaching through complex deals
  • Drive pipeline creation and direct revenue in the SMB segment
  • Own NA SMB numbers: pipeline health, forecast accuracy, attainment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Rev Ops, and Talent Acquisition for coverage and enablement
  • Refine BDR-to-AE handoffs to maximize pipeline and minimize leakage
  • Use data, dashboards, and CRM analytics to guide coaching and resource decisions

  • Proven success managing quota-carrying AEs and BDRs/SDRs in SaaS
  • Strong coaching methodology: 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline inspection, improvement plans
  • Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI GTM workflows
  • Strong forecasting; roll up team numbers, identify risk early
  • Experience hiring and onboarding sales talent across multiple levels, with ramp
  • Data-driven management; pull reports and translate into coaching actions
