- Negotiation skills: proven track record negotiating with utility providers and municipal leaders.
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Ability to engage with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Development, Design, Construction, and Legal teams.
