  • Set the full-funnel segment strategy across channels (email, paid, web, events).
  • Own the segment campaign roadmap with quarterly themes aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Translate segment narratives and product stories into multi-touch campaigns.
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel segment campaigns with cross-team alignment.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to activate hero assets inside campaigns.
  • Balance strategy and execution while mentoring a small segment-marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–9+ years in B2B demand gen, ABM, or field marketing.
  • 2–4+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep familiarity with complex B2B sales motions and buying committees.
  • Proven success planning and executing integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Experience with territory models and account tiering, aligned to Sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing tech (e.g., Marketo); BI tools (Tableau/Bizible).
