Senior Manager, Security & IT Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Security and IT Operations teams; set 6-12 month roadmap.
• Own SOC 2, GRC, ProdSec; embed security into dev lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, incident response, on-call readiness.
• Oversee CorpSec, ProdSec, and IT Ops alignment with Eng/Product.
• Scale endpoints, identity, and SaaS strategy; IAM and MDM.
• Mentor engineers and helpdesk; build high-performing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in security engineering or security operations with IT ops.
• 3+ years managing people.
• SOC 2 experience and hands-on incident management.
• Experience with IdP, MDM (macOS/Windows), cloud IAM.
• Linux experience; PowerShell, Bash, Python; AI tooling familiarity.
• Strong architectural judgment and risk management.
