Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

📋 Description

• Own external financial reporting and disclosures, including equity accounting.
• Lead end-to-end SEC reporting with GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with CFO, Investor Relations, auditors, and advisors.
• Implement external reporting tools and XBRL tagging.
• Enhance efficiency, mitigate risk in financial reporting.
• Monitor standards changes; advise on best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years accounting experience, 4+ in SEC reporting.
• Active CPA license.
• Deep US GAAP, SEC, and SOX knowledge.
• Experience preparing/reviewing financial statements and footnotes.
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, scalable reporting skills.
