  • Own systems/tools for sales, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design sales processes and tooling requirements.
  • Evaluate, deploy, scale AI-powered solutions to boost seller productivity and data quality.
  • Develop data architecture, policies, and data quality reporting.
  • Lead UAT, beta testing, rollout/adoption for new tools or data improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Data Management, TPM, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incl. pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data governance; identify data quality issues and implement processes.
  • Experience evaluating/implementing AI tech to enhance seller productivity in CRM.
  • Strong program/project management; cross-functional leadership; fast-paced delivery.
